Kult Community is releasing their new mobile application in 2022 and we streamlined the path for digital solutions that support end-customer engagement and rapid growth.

When starting any new venture, the top priority is to identify the most important areas where you need to invest your resources.
To be able to take the right steps from the start, we went through user research to gain a deeper knowledge about the customer needs and requirements. Setting the user to the center of the development you gain valuable insights on daily basis.
Based on these premises, we could outline the core architecture and feature requirements for the upcoming mobile application. The project was carried out as a series of planning sessions. Each session was focused on different aspect of the digital solution.
As a outcome from to user research and planning sessions we generated Interactive Prototype which helped Kult Community to take the next steps for the launch of their mobile application.
